Use this report to prepare a list that contains the customer and vendor information that is needed by an auditor. You can export the report to a file in the format that is required by Italian law. Tax authorities use this information to analyze the tax position of each customer and vendor. The customer and vendor list must be submitted by no later than April of each year.

General tab

Enter information about the transaction dates and file name for the export file.

Enter the vendor account that corresponds to the tax assistance center that you will submit the file to, if is selected in the field.

Enter required personal information, if is selected in the field.

Set up batch processing.

Fields

Enter the earliest transaction date for which to include information on the report.

Enter the latest transaction date for which to include information on the report.

Enter the file name and location for the export file.

Select one of the following options:

  • – You will submit the file directly to the tax authority, on behalf of your company.

  • – Your company will submit the file to a tax assistance center, which will in turn submit it to the tax authority on your behalf. You must enter information on the tab.

  • – You will submit the file directly to the tax authority, as an individual person. You must enter information on the tab.

Select this check box to view the report on the screen.
