Use this form to define the endpoint to which a document is sent electronically. The type of document to be sent depends on the form that was used to access the Send document electronicallyform.

You can select a purpose for the document ( Original, Copy, or Pro forma) and define the filter criteria of the content of the document.

The Send document electronicallyform can be accessed from the following forms:

• The Chart of accountsform – Send the chart of accounts.

• The Dimensionsform – Send the dimensions.

• The Exchange rates– Send the exchange rates. The receiver must have the same currency codes in order to receive the document.

• The Customers– Send a price list to a customer. The price list will reflect any trade agreements enabled for that customer.
