Use this form to set up multiple global trade item number (GTIN) codes for each item, and to set up GTIN codes according to item configurations and dimensions. GTIN codes identify items and register inventory information. GTIN is a 14-digit data structure used to uniquely identify trade items, products, and services at a unit level.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.




Overview tab

Provides an overview of the GTIN codes associated with an item. You can also create, modify, or delete the GTIN codes.

General tab

View specific information about an item and the GTIN code associated with it. On the tab, you can also create, delete, or modify a bar code.




Select the inventory dimensions to appear in the form.




Select an item configuration to specify an item with specific attributes.

Specify the item size.

Specify the item color.

Select the item number.

Specify the item unit.

Setup of GTIN standard type.

GTIN defined by the EAN.UCC.

Identification of item dimensions.

Enter a brief description of transaction.

Enter the warehouse in which you will store your items.

Enter the batch number dimension. If you select and in the upper section of the or forms, you can edit the batch number for the transfer order line.

Location inside a warehouse.

Unique identification (ID) for the pallet (Serial Shipping Container Code).
