Use this form to post accrued revenue transactions. You can also delete the transactions when accruals have been posted for all the accrual periods.

Note
The transactions remain in Ledger updates even after you delete them in this form.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tasks that use this form

Tab	Description
Overview tab	View the accrual period for each transaction, the name of the period for which you have generated the transaction, and the amount to be posted.
General tab	View information per accrual transaction.

Button	Description
Accrue revenue	Accrue revenue or reverse revenue transactions.
Delete	Delete lines after posting.

Field	Description
From date	Displays the From datefor the subscription accrual period.
Name	Displays the name that was specified for the period in Periods .
To date	Displays the To datefor the subscription accrual period.
Accrue amount	Displays the accrued amount to be posted. For more information, see Accrued amount.
Posting date	Displays the ledger posting date.
