Use this form to create sales order lines by copying lines from another order or from a previously updated quotation, confirmation, packing slip, or invoice.

Description

Specify the factor by which the quantity of the selected order lines should be increased or reduced. Enter a factor of 2.0 to double the quantity or a factor of 0.5 to halve the quantity.

Reverse the sign in front of the order quantity when you copy the order lines. If you activate the copy function through the form, this check box is automatically selected.

Copy miscellaneous order line charges. If you also select the option, the miscellaneous sales order header charges are also copied. If you activate the copy function through the or forms, this option is automatically selected.

Recalculate the net amount of the copied lines based on current prices and trade agreements. Do not select this option if you want to retain the net amount of the order line you are copying from.

Make a precise copy of the selected lines, including all order line information such as tax groups, ledger accounts, and dimensions. If you activate the copy function through the or form, this option is automatically selected.

Note Note

The field is not overwritten when order lines are copied into the current order.


Delete previously entered order lines on the current order before copying the selected lines. If you activate the copy function from the order header, this check box is automatically selected.

Copy header information from the selected order to the current order. Information can include terms of payment, currency, terms of delivery, mode of delivery, dimensions, and cash discount codes. If you activate the copy function from the order header, this check box is automatically selected.

The field will not be overwritten when the order header information is copied into the current order.

number is a unique field that is used to identify a sales order; it must be specified when you create a sales order.

Specifies the size of the item.

Specifies the color of the item.

The site where you want to ship the ordered items from.

The site specified here is automatically copied to the new sales order lines unless you have made the site mandatory for the ordered item in the form > > form.

Enter the warehouse in which you store your items.

Enter the Batch number dimension. If you select and in the upper section of the / form, you can edit the batch number for the transfer order line.

Serial number dimension. If you select and in the upper section of the / form, you can edit the serial number for the transfer order line.

The sales unit is the unit in which the item is sold. The measurement cannot be changed when the sales order has been used in one or more transactions.

The line amount is an expression of the total price of the order line after deducting discounts and adding other costs ( ). The line total is calculated as follows: quantity * (((unit price - line discount total)/price unit) + )*(100 - discount%)).

Displays the order or project numbers that the invoice is updated from. Microsoft Dynamics AX completes this automatically when you create the invoice.

Enter the of the item recipient.

The system automatically generates the invoice number when updating the invoice. Define the invoice number series in Number sequences (form).

Displays the invoice date, which is also used as the posting date. This date is also used to calculate the due date and the cash discount date. You can change the invoice date manually before updating.

The ledger voucher number is generated automatically when the invoice is updated. You define the voucher series in Number sequences (form).

Displays the total invoice amount, including any discount, misc. charges, sales tax, and rounding.

Shows you the currency for the invoice.
