Navigating the form

The following tables describe the controls in this form.

Overview tab

View a list of users who have logged on. This includes user name, date, time, and cumulative time for a particular logon.

General tab

View detailed information about a log entry.

View the number of logons and Business Connector logons for a selected user. Statistics are maintained until you use the button to reset or delete the information.

User identification.

User name.

Type of action that has been saved to the log.

Date and time on which the record was created.

Length of time that the user was logged on.

Abbreviated user identification, up to five characters.

Network computer name for the client computer where the user logged on.

Indicates the Microsoft Dynamics AX kernel build number.

Because a user can log on several times daily, a unique session ID is assigned every time that a client logs on. The number is reset daily.

When this field is selected, the client has logged off successfully. When cleared, it indicates that the user is still online or was not logged off correctly.

The date and time that the system recognized the user transaction.

The date and time that the system recognized the user as logged off. This time is updated every 15 minutes until the system no longer detects the client on the network. Even if the user does not log off successfully, this time is approximately when the client was disconnected.
