Features enabled by the Subscription key

Controls access to Subscription functionality under the Create or maintain service orders.section.

If Subscription is enabled, subscriptions and subscription sales prices can be maintained. Also, subscription sales prices can be adjusted, revenue can be posted and price indexes can be used with subscriptions.
