Use this form to define shared employment information for all employees that you want to hire in a mass hire project. You can only edit this information while the project's status is Open.

In the options in the section, enter the number of employees to hire in the project, and the format to use to create their unique identifiers.

The identification of the related mass hire project.

Select the employee type that you want to assign the employees to.

Select the organization unit for which you are creating employee types. If you select a unit, the list will contain only jobs assigned to that unit.

Select the job for which you are creating employees. If you make a selection in the list, you can choose only a job assigned to that unit.

Enter the name of the position.

Click the calendar icon to select a start date for the employees.

Click the calendar icon to select an end date for the employees.

Enter an employment factor for the employees. The value 1 indicates a full-time position. Use a number between 0 and 1 to indicate part-time employment.

Select the absence setup to use to control absence registration.

Enter the first date on which the employees can begin recording absence.

Select the unit for the termination notice. This will be combined with the number in the field to define the length of notice that the employee must provide when resigning.

Enter the beginning date for calculating employee seniority with the company.
