Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.




Messages can contain more than one document. Select to view information about messages, or select to view individual documents.




For messages, view the action, action identifier, source endpoint, destination endpoint, and creation date and time.

For documents, view the name of the form that is associated with the document, the entity key, the action, the source endpoint, the destination endpoint, and the creation date and time.

View detailed information for the selected message or document.

View details about message processing and about the user, including the endpoint user and the submitting user.




View the form name, table name, and entity key that are related to the document being transferred. When you click , the form associated with the document will open.

View the versions of the document as it is processed, according to the value that you set on the form.

When you configure the action policy for an endpoint, you set the logging mode to , , or for each action on the endpoint.

  • When is selected, a version of the document is stored after each pipeline transformation is applied, in addition to the original document.

  • When is selected, only the original document is stored in the log.

Clear all versions, or clear only the interim versions of document XML for documents and messages that are displayed on the tab.

Deletes all messages, documents, and document correlations for messages that have a status of Processed or Error.




The action that is associated with the transfer. Displays the service name and the service operation (action).

The unique identifier of the action comprised of the document namespace, the document name, and the action name.

The endpoint that initiates the data transfer. For outbound transfers, the local endpoint. For inbound transfers, the external endpoint.

For outbound transfers, the external endpoint. For inbound transfers, the local endpoint.

Created date and time

The date and time that the message was created.

The unique message ID.

For an outbound message, the unique ID for the message that requested the transfer.

The channel that is associated with the transfer.

The adapter that is associated with the transfer.

The transport address for the adapter.

The direction of the message: inbound or outbound.

Any pipeline components that were used to transform the message.

The identification of the user who is associated with the endpoint, as entered on the form. If the default endpoint or an intercompany endpoint is used, the endpoint user is the same as the submitting user.

The identification of the user who submitted the message. The user may be a trusted intermediary as defined on the form.
