Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tab	Description
Overview tab	Define the file types to archive to the database.
General tab	View the information about the record that you have selected on the Overview tab.

Field

Description

File type

Enter the extension of the file type to archive to the database. The extension must be followed by a period.

Note
Do not leave any spaces between the period and the extension.

Name

Enter a description for the file type.

Open file type

Enter an alternative file type to open the current file type with.
