Open a query and select the data to be included.

Return to the default settings of the query.

Set up report delivery, such as formatting for a printer, printing, or saving as a file.

Change the starting time and starting date of the batch job or set up a recurring batch job.

Select the project period code.

The project period codes are set up and maintained in the form.

Select the start date for the period.

Select this check box to display the number of hours that are registered for employees who have completed and posted their time sheets.

Select this check box to automatically send an e-mail message to employees who have not yet posted their time sheets.
