Features Enabled by the General Ledger Periodic key

Controls access to the Periodicfolder in the General ledgersection in the Navigation Pane.

Members of the user group can view and use the forms that are listed when you click General ledger> Periodic.

The periodic tasks in General ledgerinclude:

• Running exchange adjustments.

• Assigning bar codes to fixed assets.

• Calculating cash flow forecast.

• Updating closing sheet.

• Running consolidation.

• Posting journals.

• Exporting ledger transactions to an ASCII file.

• Updating 1099 information.
