Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Overview tab

Displays an overview of the history of the selected number sequence, such as when the number sequence was created and updated, and by whom.

General tab

Displays additional information about the selected number sequence update. This includes the highest and lowest numbers used before the number sequence was changed, if manual changes to numbers are allowed, and cleanup settings.

Last date and time that the record was modified.

Last person who modified the record.

Smallest value that can be used to automatically generate numbers for the current number sequence.

Largest value that can be used to automatically generate numbers for the current number sequence.

Enter the next value to be used to automatically generate numbers for the current number sequence.

Indicates whether the current number sequence has been stopped.

Indicates whether the current number sequence is continuous.

Indicates whether the list of available numbers should be cleaned up when a new number is generated for the number sequence.

Indicates that manual entry is required; numbers cannot be generated automatically.

Lowest value accepted before the current number sequence was changed.

Highest value accepted before the current number sequence was changed.

Value of the next number used for the current number sequence before it was changed.

Indicates whether the current number sequence is being used.

Indicates whether an automatically generated number can be changed to a lower number.

Indicates whether an automatically generated number can be changed to a higher number.

Interval for clean-up of the number sequence.

Pre-allocating numbers that are contained in system memory.

Indicates the quantity of numbers that will be loaded into system memory.
