Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tab	Description
Overview tab	View a list of purchase order journals.
Lines	View the purchase order lines of the selected purchase order journal.

Button	Description
Preview/Print	Click Preview/Print> Copy previewto display and/or print a copy of the printed purchase order using the current form setup parameters. Click Preview/Print> Original previewto display and/or print the original printed purchase order using the current form setup parameters. Click Preview/Print> Use print managementto reprint the purchase order using the current form setup parameters.
Misc. charges	Create, edit, and view miscellaneous charges that have been added to the selected purchase order or the selected purchase order lines.
Sales tax	View the sales tax transactions for the current purchase order.
Send electronically	Send the original or copy of the purchase order as an XML document.
Inventory	This button is accessed on the Linestab. Click Inventory> Lot transactionsto view the expected lot transactions for the item on the selected purchase order line. Click Inventory> Dimensions displayto set up the inventory dimensions for the item on the selected purchase order line.

Field	Description
Invoice account	Displays the Invoice accountof the vendor that the order is placed with.
Purchase order	Displays the Purchase orderorder from the Purchase order - Update table from which the purchase order is posted.
Purchase journal	Displays the purchase order jounal numberfor the current purchase order. The journal number consists of the Purchase orderorder and a number sequence.
Date	Displays the date that the purchase orders were posted.
Buyer group	Identification of the buyer group. For more information, see the Buyer groups (form).
Currency	Displays the Currencyfor the current purchase order.
Amount currency	Displays the Amount currencycurrency for the current purchase order.
Purchase order	The purchase that the line is generated from.
Item	Displays the Item numberfor the purchased item.
Quantity	Displays the purchased Quantityof the item.
Unit price	Displays the Unit priceprice of the purchased Item.
Sales tax included in amount	Sales tax amount included in the amount (sales tax is included in prices).
