You create a new document type called LetterCustomer. This document type should be used only for letters to customers, not for vendors.

In the Document types form, select Check table, and then, in the Options form, select CustTable.

When a document reference is created in the Customer table, the document type LetterCustomerwill appear in the list box.

When a document reference is created in the Vendor table, the document type LetterCustomerwill not appear in the list box.
