Use this form to prepare a report about sales that are subject to reverse charge VAT for a specified period.

(GBR) This report is available only if the configuration key for the United Kingdom is selected.


In the list, you can select the type of information to display:

  • – Select this option to print or display the transactions that are included on the report for the current reporting period.

  • – Select this option to reproduce a reverse charge sales list report that was printed previously. For example, you might use this option for a VAT audit. The information can be edited, marked as , and then included in the next report. You also can mark transactions as .

  • – Select this option to update all the transactions to which reverse charge has been applied. These transactions are marked as to ensure that the report does not include the same transaction more than once. You cannot change the information in this form, but you can delete transactions.

Description

Transfer transactions from sales and purchase invoices into the form, so they can be included on the report.

Validate the transactions.

Display the errors for the selected line, if an error icon is shown in the rightmost field on the line.

View invoice totals for the selected line.

Open a menu with the following items:

  • – Print the reverse charge sales list in the format required for the United Kingdom.

  • – Generate an output file for the reverse charge sales list in the format required for the United Kingdom.

Open a menu with the following items:

  • – Mark reported and closed transactions as if, for example, you want to make a correction to a previously reported transaction. If you accept the default query, all reported and closed transactions are marked as , but you can set up criteria for any field in the query. Select this option to include the selected transaction in the reverse charge sales list.

  • – Change the selection criteria value of the selected transactions to . Select this option to reproduce the reverse charge sales list again at a later date.

  • – Change the selection criteria value of the selected transactions to . Select this option to update a transaction.

Delete transactions. If you accept the default query, all transactions in the form are deleted and will not be included on future reports.

The customer account number for the sales order.

The unique identification of the country/region in which the transaction took place.

The tax exempt number, which is a European tax identification number that only European Union companies have. Those companies must provide this number to avoid added taxation.

The invoice date. If the date is changed to another quarter or year, the and fields are automatically updated.

The number of the invoice received by the customer.

The invoice amount in the company currency.

The quarter in which the transaction occurred.

The calendar year in which the transaction occurred.
