Use this form to view the settlement history of the transaction that you selected in the form.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Description

View the transactions that are posted as settlements of the selected vendor invoice.

View the transactions that are associated with the settlement transaction that is selected on the tab.

View the cash discounts that apply to the settlement transaction that is selected on the tab.

Fields

Field

Description

The date of settlement for the vendor transaction.

The voucher number for the offset transaction.

The vendor account that is associated with the offset voucher.

The company that is associated with the offset voucher.

The user who created the transaction.

The amount being settled in the company currency.

The amount settled in the transaction currency.

If the transaction is reversed, this is the amount being reopened.


The cash discount amount.

The amount of the transaction's exchange rate adjustment.

The settled federal 1099 amount.

(USA) This field is available only if the configuration key for the United States is selected.


The amount that has been paid for state 1099 purposes.

The date of posting used in the ledger for the transaction. This date is often the date of invoice from the vendor.

The voucher number for the attached ledger transactions.

The invoice number that the transaction is attached to.

Descriptive text for the current transaction. The transaction text can be inserted automatically when invoices are posted, or you can type it in manually before updating.

The transaction amount in the company currency.

The amount of the transaction's rate adjustment.

The cash discount date.

The cash discount amount included in the vendor transaction when invoicing.
