Use this for to set up e-mail templates to be used in the campaign module.

Variables

You can define the following variables in the field in the tab, and the application automatically fills in the correct data from the relevant source, such as, inserting a contact person's name with their Web access password and the campaign number into the e-mail message text.

Description of variables

Short description

%Person%

The name of the contact person of the business relation targeted in the campaign. By using this variable, the system will automatically fill in the name of the contact person to whom the e-mail message is sent.

%PersonID%

The contact person's user ID for Web access, set up in the form.

%Password%

The contact person's password for the Web access, set up in the form.

%Campaign%

The current campaign ID number will be displayed in the e-mail.

%URL%

This variable inserts the URL into the e-mail message. The URL is obtained from the form.

Overview tab

You can gain an overview of all the created e-mail templates in this tab. The name of the e-mail template and the category are listed.

You can create the template text in this tab, specifying the subject of the e-mail message in the field and the actual text of the e-mail template in the field.

You can use the variables defined in the in your e-mail message template text.

The e-mail category, this appears in the Subjectfield when sending using Microsoft Outlook to send the e-mail message.

The actual text of the e-mail message. This is the body text of the e-mail message when using Microsoft Outlook to send the e-mail message.
