Use this form to view stored settings, and delete and reset this data. While Microsoft Dynamics AX is running, user selections are saved as usage data to improve your experience the next time that you use Microsoft Dynamics AX. This feature is similar to the function of "cookies" found in Microsoft Internet Explorer.

To view the stored settings for the selected entry, click (unavailable on the tab).

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

View information about the user experience and purpose of the form.

Specify a name and other information for a search range that is used in queries when you search through reports and forms.

Customize your selections in various ways. You can specify criteria and options for initializing reports and jobs, customize form display, and maintain information about all of the customizations that have been made.

View information about custom reports and record templates. Use the to generate Auto reports; use information available from grids to generate the record templates.

View details about a record. Details include the record's type, object name, and general name, and the development layer, company it belongs to, and user who made the customization.

Delete all stored data on all tabs (confirmation is required before deletion).

To delete a single record of stored data, highlight the record and press ALT+F9.

System folder name for the type of record.

Object name used by the system to identify the record itself.

isKernel

A check mark indicates Kernel information, such as form positioning, that is saved by the Kernel and not by Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Company

If data is specific to a certain company, the company name is specified here.
