The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Fields	Description
Production	Identify the production order.
Oper. No.	Operation number determining the sequence in the route.
Priority	Indicate whether the operation have primary or secondary priority.
Operation	Name of the operation.
Work center	Work center or work center group selected.
Started	View whether the operation started.
Reported as finished	View whether the operation finished.
Number of hours consumed	Number of hours consumed.
Good quantity items	Number of items that are good or without defects.
Error quantity items.	Number of items with errors or defects.
