Use this report to display the carrying costs or inventory levels for a list of items in a given period. The inventory level for each item is the sum of purchasing and sales within that period. The report also displays the total carrying costs or the total inventory levels.

Enter the last day of the period.

Columns 1 – 4

Specify the period by entering dates in columns one, two, three, and four.

NoteYou must enter four dates, and the dates must be different.

Select one of these options:

  • – Displays the carrying cost.

  • – Displays the inventory level.

Select this check box to display a list of all items, including items without carrying costs.

This report does not apply to services and kit items.

The list is sorted by item group.

The report arranges the dates in the order of time.

If transactions are not dated earlier than the date, the list will be empty.
