Tab	Description
Overview tab	Create or view journal control lines for the selected journal template.
General tab	View additional information about the journal control line that is selected on the Overviewtab.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Fields

Field	Description
Company accounts	The company accounts for recording to the current journal.
Posting accounts	Indicate whether recording is allowed only for profit and loss, only for balance accounts, or whether it is allowed for both types of accounts.
From account	The first Ledger accountthat you can post to. Define account intervals with To account. Press CTRL+N to create additional account intervals.
To account	The last Ledger accountthat may be posted to. Define account intervals by using From account.
From account type	Select the first account type that you can use in the journal.
To account type	Select the last account type that you can use in the journal.
Name	The name of the current journal.
