Use this form to print account dimension statements. You can also print account dimension statements from the form or the form.

The report is printed for the current account or dimension. However, you can click the button and change the ranges. The report considers ledger accounts, dimensions, or a composite of those using main and secondary focuses, and can be based on ledger, budget, or cash flow transactions.

Note Note

You must create a dimension focus for each dimension type, department, cost center, and purpose, unless they are already created in the form.


Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Select the type of transaction. You can select , , or .

Displays the account or dimension that is selected in the or form. You can change the dimension focus.

If you open the form by clicking > > > , the information displayed in this field is from the field on the tab in the form ( > > ).

The secondary dimension focus.

Select the check box to use the secondary focus as the heading for the first column in the statement. Subtotals always are printed per main focus.

Select a date interval code. Information is displayed in the and fields, depending on the interval that you select.

The starting date for the interval code that you selected in the field.

The ending date for the interval code that you selected in the field.

Select this option to insert a page break between each main focus.

Select this option to start a new page between each main focus.

Select the level when the transactions should be totaled. For example, if you select , a line including the total sum is displayed per posting.

Select the posting layer or posting layer combination to use. Specify how the posting layers should be included for the selected column:

  • – The column will contain transactions that are marked as .

  • – The column will contain transactions that are marked as or .

  • – The column will contain transactions that are marked as or .

  • – The column will contain transactions that are marked as minus .

  • – The column will contain transactions that are marked as .

  • – The column will contain transactions that are marked as .

  • – The column will contain transactions that are marked as or .

  • – The column will contain transactions that are marked as , , or .

This list is not available when printing the financial statement.

Note Note

If you want to print for account 11005 and for account 11010 on the same financial statement, you must select here. Then, in the drop-down list in the form, select for account 11005 and for account 11010.


Select the check box to include the sales tax code and the sale tax amount per transaction line.

Select the check box to display the currency total for the main focus.

Select the check box to display empty periods. For example, if you selected in the field, months without transactions are displayed on the report.

Select the check box to print focuses with no transactions.

Select the check box to include opening transactions on the report.

Clear the check box to include opening transactions in the opening balance.

The check box is not available if the date interval includes more than one fiscal year.

Select the check box to include closing transactions on the report.

Clear the check box to include closing transactions in the ending balance.

The check box is not available if the date interval includes more than one fiscal year.

Select the check box to include reversed transactions.
