Controls access to features in the section of the section in the Navigation Pane.

Members of the user group can perform periodic administration tasks including:

  • Working with applicants and applications.

  • Scheduling appraisal interviews.

  • Creating training courses.

  • Working with development plans.

  • Corresponding with applicants.

  • Creating and deleting absence journals.

  • Working with employee information, such as records, loans, status, and skill mapping.

  • Deleting personal information about employees and applicants.
