Use this form to display sales management statistics presented as graphs.

The information registered on a quotation, such as , of sale, , and are the foundation for the statistics. The more accurate the information registered in the quotation, the better the sales statistics will be.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.




View the displayed graph and access the graph toolbar for editing and changing the graph's appearance.

Provides an overview of the data parameters of the graph in this tab, viewing information such as the target period, transaction log period, and the displayed sales unit or sales person.




Open the Queriesform to adjust existing queries or add new ones. Queries generate the data that is displayed in the form and are therefore the backbone of the sales management statistics form. You can edit, add and delete the queries generating the data.

Open the graph form to view the statistical data.

Generate the statistics by running the queries defined in the Queriesform.

Open the graph form to view the statistical data.

Save, load, delete or restore the original data set from when you first opened the SMS form.




Select the perspective from which to display the graph data:

  • - Displays graph data for the employee who is logged on to the system.

  • - Displays graph data for the sales unit of which the present employee is a member.

  • - Displays graph data for the entire company.

The sales person responsible for the quotations and sales.

A team of salesmen responsible for a common sales target.

Select a category for analysis.

Select the x-axis of the graph for display. Intervals and increments will be determined by the appropriate values.

Select the view on which to plot the graph.

The units of length within the transaction log period.

The length of the transaction log period.

The end date of the transaction log period.
