Use this form to allow employees to manually register their own time consumption. For example, the timecard could be used for the following situations:

  • An employee clocks in as he arrives but does not register his activities during the day. Before clocking out, he enters all his registrations for the day.

  • An employee registers once in a while, such as once a week or once a month, and logs all his time consumption for each day in the period.

  • A supervisor or office clerk enters information for employees that are not able to register through the registration forms, for example traveling service engineers.
