Features enabled by the Accounts Payable Journals key

Controls access to the Journalsfolder in the Accounts payablesection in the Navigation Pane.

Members of the user group can create and post transactions in purchase order journals, price/discount journals, payment journals, promissory note journals, and payment management journals.

Members can:

• Create purchase orders and blanket orders.

• Edit and update price/discount agreements.

• Create invoices.

• Manage payments and promissory notes.
