Use this form to define validation connections for the current employee. The validation setup controls access limitations. The connections that you set up in this form make selected categories available for the employee or include an employee in employee/category groups.

You can enable or disable the validation setup for the whole system through the Validation parameter setup in the form.

The validation setup is applied when you register entries in the , , , and journals.

An overview of the validation groups.

Add the current employee to existing validation groups by selecting the wanted group in the area and then selecting the left arrow. The selected group is added in the area.

Remove an employee from a validation group by selecting the wanted group in the area and then selecting the right arrow. The selected group is moved to the area.

Add categories to the set of categories that the current employee can access by selecting the wanted categories in the area and then selecting the left arrow. The selected category is added in the area.

Remove a category from the set of categories that the current employee can access by selecting the wanted category in the area and then selecting the right arrow. The selected category is moved to the area.
