Use this form to transfer costs that are posted, but not invoiced, hour, expense, and item transactions between Profit and loss and Balance accounts.

You can transfer hour transactions between Payroll, Profit and loss, and Balance accounts.

The form is empty until you define both the transactions that you want to transfer and the new location.

Delete transactions

You can delete transaction lines in this form if you do not want the transactions to be included in the transfer. Select the appropriate lines and then press ALT+F9 to delete the selected lines.

If necessary, use the field to enter the posting date when the company gains knowledge of the transaction. This field is available only when the Italy country/region configuration key is selected, and the check box is selected in the .

By setting the length of this extended data type ( AmountMST), you can control how many characters should be available for all amount fields that inherit from this type.

The standard display length is set to 20 characters and 20 decimals. If the field is set to 0, the default Microsoft Windows setting is used.
