Use this form to view a complete list of the operations that are linked to all current production orders. You can see which work center is being used, the start times and the end times of each operation, and other detailed information about the selected operation. The information that is displayed in the form originates from the form. For full field descriptions, see Production route (form).

Use the section of the form to filter the view. Select the check box to save the criteria when you close the form.


Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Description

View a summary of all operations in the current productions. You can see which work center or work center group is assigned, whether the operation occurs in an internal (Standard) or external (Supplier), work center, start and end times, and whether the operation is completed.

View general information about the selected operation, including data on the production, operation, work center, and route.

Get an overview of the criteria that are used to process the selected operation. These criteria include the method for calculating consumption, the cost categories that are used, the work center alternatives, and the measurements.

View posting details such as estimation, finish dates and times, and scheduled dates and times.

View the times that are associated with the selected operation. Time categories include queue times before and after the operation, setup times, run time, and the time that is spent in transit.

Check the number of good items that are reported as finished against the number of defective items.

View financial dimensions that are set up for the operation.

  • For the operation, this includes identifying information, work centers, scheduling information, and feedback on good and defective quantities.

  • For the production, this includes production numbers, production type, status, and estimated and started quantities.

View more detailed information about the planned production route for the current operation.

View detailed information about material expected to be used in the current operation. The information is linked through the on the BOM line.

Open the and forms to update the selected operation.

View and make inquiries about the components of the current operation, for example jobs, capacity load, and capacity calculations.

Open a selection of journals that are used to report on the current operation, such as picking list and job card.
