The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Use the box to specify which journals you want to display. If, in the box, you select , then by clicking and then , you can bring up packing-slip updating of the purchase referred to in the and boxes on the tab. NoteBy default, criteria are not set for journal numbers. This means that all open journals are deleted if is set to and all posted journals are deleted if is set to . |

Shows the name of the journal selected when you created a new journal. Create possible journals in the form. |

The journal number. A journal name can have several journal numbers, each of which has its own journal lines. |

Shows the location journal type that you selected. The following options exist: Item arrival and Production input. |

Indicates that the items registered in the journal should be moved with a pallet transport. If you specify neither a location of the type Inbound dock nor a pallet ID, the journal will not post successfully. You must select the check box and/or the check box. On the tab on the form, you can define different values that will be copied to new lines when you click and then click . On the lines, you can change values. If you use the , and check boxes, Microsoft Dynamics AX will find the location of items in connection with item receipt and stocking of items from the production. Check boxes can be used in the following ways:

Select this check box if you want the system to look for room for the item at its regular picking location. Set up the picking location in the form (Click > Common Forms> > > ). |

Select this check box if there should be a bulk location for the item in consideration of the item's store zone. Set up the store zone in the form (Click > Common Forms> > > ).

User whom the journal is private to. |

Specifies whether the program has blocked the location journal. You can neither save new lines nor edit existing lines when the journal is blocked. |
