Use this form to print the financial statement.

Example

On March 5, you have closed accounts for February and are ready to report accumulated figures for the first two month of this year to the management. The dynamic date interval, Current quarter, includes all transactions posted including March 5. However, you need the figures for the closed months of the quarter—a report that only includes transactions until February 28.

You could, of course, enter manually the date interval January 1 to February 28 in each report column, but if there are columns for current amounts, budget amounts, and perhaps even for several companies in the same report, this would be time-consuming. You might even enter a wrong date by mistake in one of the columns.

The solution is to enter February 28 in the field. Then only postings in January and February will be included in the financial statement.
