Upgrade additional features such as OLAP from the Upgrade checklist by clicking Administration> Setup> System> Checklists> Upgrade checklist> Upgrade additional features.

Upgrading the additional features completes the upgrade of your Microsoft Dynamics AX system. Before you upgrade additional features, you will have a functional but incomplete Microsoft Dynamics AX system. For example, some data on home pages will not be available until OLAP is upgraded.
