Text can be combined with enumerated text and automatically generated text. Enumerated text contains phrases that the user enters. You can generate text automatically for the following:

  • - To enter the voucher, type %1.

  • - To enter the start date, type %2.

  • - To enter the end date, type %3.

If no text is entered in this field, the transaction text from the voucher on the journal line is used.
