Blocking

See whether the journal is being used and whether it is specified as private to an individual user or a user group.

Lines

View the lines calculated per fiscal LIFO group.

Close final report

Close the journal for the final report. The inventory must be closed before you can close the journal.

Calculate lines

Calculated the fiscal LIFO lines.

Log

View information about any issues that occurred during the calculation.

Delete lines

Delete all journal lines that you created in the selected journal.

Print

Print the fiscal LIFO report.

Name

The journal name to be applied for the journal.

You set up default journal names for internal and final reports in the Internal fiscal LIFOand Final fiscal LIFOfields on the Journalstab in the Parameters form.

Fiscal LIFO Journal

The journal ID.

Description

Add an optional description for the journal.

Start date

The starting date is entered automatically when you create a new journal. The starting date is always the first day in the fiscal year. This field cannot be changed.

End date

The ending date is entered automatically when you create a new journal. In a journal for an internal report, the ending date is the current date. In a journal for a final report, the ending date is the ending date of the fiscal year. The ending date can be changed for an internal report. For a final report, this field cannot be changed.

Include work in progress

Select this check box to include work in progress in the calculation of fiscal LIFO. For more information about work in progress in fiscal LIFO calculation, see (ITA) About the calculation engine.

Use normal value

Select this check box to include normal value in the calculation of fiscal LIFO.

You select the options for normal value calculation in the Normal Value calculationfield on the Generaltab in the Fiscal LIFO reporting group form.

Closed

Selected this check box if a final report has been closed.

In use

If this check box is selected, the journal is in use.

Used by user

The user who opened the journal.

Private

Select this check box to exclude other users from using it.

Private for user

If you selected the Privatecheck box, your name is displayed as the name of the user for whom the journal is private.

Private for user group

Select a user group to exclude users who are not part of this user group from using the journal.
