Use this form to view or create batch jobs. Depending on where you open the form from and your level of access, you can view either the batch jobs that you created or all batch jobs that have been scheduled in the system.

From this form you can also change the status of batch jobs or delete jobs that are no longer needed.

Note Note

You cannot change batch information while the job is running or waiting to be run. You must change the batch status to Withhold before changing batch information.

Create or edit the recurrence schedule of a batch job. For example, you can set up a batch job to run every second Tuesday.

Set up an alert for the batch job.

Select from the following options:

  • - Manually edit the status of a batch job.

    Note Note

    If you select , the batch job will not run even if a recurring pattern has been set up.


  • - Turn off recurrences for the selected batch job. After the batch job runs one time, its status will change to .

  • - Set up criteria for deleting a group of batch jobs.

  • - Refresh the current view while the form is open.

    For example, you can update information about a batch job that was generated from another workstation.

View the batch log, which contains messages generated when the job was run.

The status of the batch job selected on the tab.

Use the button to change the status.

Description of the batch job.

The earliest starting date and time for the job.

If no date and time is specified, the job runs as soon as the system allows it to.

The date and time that the job last ran.

Date and time on which the job last finished.

The percentage of the job that has completed.

The identification of the user who created the batch job.

The company where the job runs.

Indicates whether an alert exists for the job.

Select to save the job to history always, never, or only when errors occur.

This option affects when alerts are sent for the job. If you select , alerts will never be sent for the job. If you select , alerts will be sent only when the job is unsuccessful.
