Basic> Setup> Import> Transformations

Use this form to convert and transfer the data that you want to import into a format that will work within Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tab	Description
Overview	Create a transformation or view existing transformations.
General	View or add information to a transformation.

Button	Description
Load	Load the transformation.
Validate	Verify that the data that you have entered is correct.
Parameters	Open the Parameters form.

Field	Description
Transformation Name	Enter a name for the transformation.
Description	Enter a brief description of the transformation.
Document Name	Select a valid document class for the file that is being used for the transformation.
Type of transformation	Select the type of transformation that you are using.
Content	View the loaded XSL transformation code if you selected this type of transformation.
