Use this form to view the various totals for the current purchase order. This form displays sums for volume data in terms of ( Quantity, Weight, and Volume). It displays discounts in terms of ( Cash discount, Line discount, and Total discount), and it also displays taxes, miscellaneous charges (the total of the invoice and the line miscellaneous charges), and invoice totals before and after taxes.

Update

Specify how you want to generate totals. You can choose between the following options.

Option	Description
Receive now	Generates totals for all quantities specified in the Receive nowfield on the purchase order lines.
All	Generates totals for all open quantities.
Registered	Generates totals for all quantities posted on a receipt list, but not yet received.
Packing slip	Generates totals for all quantities posted on a packing slip, but not yet invoiced.
