Enter a description for the compensation grid.

Select a type for the compensation grid:

– Used for broad ranges of pay rates, and therefore, typically have few levels.

– More detailed than , and therefore, often contains a larger number of levels.

– The most graduated plan type that can be used for, for example, jobs with hourly pay rates.

Select a reference point setup. The reference points from the reference point setup control the ranges that you can use to set up wage range guidelines for each level in the plan.

Select a currency code.

Enter the date and time that the plan is active.

Enter the date and time that the plan is inactive.
