SharePoint permissions determine whether a user or group can access an Enterprise Portal site and whether that user or group can make changes to the site. Microsoft Dynamics AX user groups determine the content that is shown in Enterprise Portal. A user must belong to at least one Microsoft Dynamics AX user group to view content on the site. If a user does not belong to a group, the user sees blank pages when they access the site. The user groups listed on this page will be created in Microsoft Dynamics AX after you complete the wizard. You can view these groups and assign users to these groups in the > > form. You also can press CTRL+N to add new user groups to the list. |

Select a document category for each document type in the list. If a document is not mapped to a category, the document will not be displayed in Enterprise Portal. |
