Use this form to define skill requirements for the current job or to define a set of skills for a job template. The location from where you open this form controls the features of the form. You can assign specific professional skills as well as less tangible, personal skills.

If you create a skill profile for a job, you can then use the skill gap analysis to compare an employee's skill profile with that defined for the job. For more information about skill gap analyses, see Viewing skill profiles and skill gap analyses.

You can create new skills in the form.

These qualifications are suggested requirements for employment in a job; people with lower levels can still be hired for a job.
