Use this form to sell part deliveries from a blanket order. A blanket order is a contract with a customer that covers present and future deliveries.

Day that the customer originally requested to receive the order.

Day that the selling company should ship the item in order to meet the customer's requested receipt date.

Select to automatically calculate possible ship and receipt dates.

Mode of delivery according to the means of transport for the current order; for example, ship, train, or plane.

The mode of delivery must exist in the Modes of delivery (form). The mode of delivery supplies useful information when packing slips are printed by mode of delivery.

Site where you want to ship the ordered items from.

The site is copied from the original blanket order, unless you change it in this field.

The warehouse from which the ordered goods will be taken.

The warehouse specified here is automatically transferred to each sales order line unless you made the warehouse mandatory for the ordered item in the table.

Name or company name of delivery address.

Enter the street name of the address.

Postal zip (postal) code in delivery address.

City for zip (postal) code.

Specify the region for the delivery (for the United States, this would be the county).

Specify the state for the delivery.

The unique identification of the country/region, that can be attached to the and forms.

Customer requisition number.

Customer's reference.

Displays the time zone of the shipping location.

If multisite functionality is activated, the site time zone is displayed, otherwise the company time zone is displayed.

Select a lot identification (ID) to create a release order. A lot ID is generated when you create a sales order that produces a receipt or issue in the inventory.

A unique, user-defined code that is assigned when items are created. We recommend that special characters or spaces not be used in the item number.

Item numbers can be system generated by linking the item number to a in the Number sequences (form).

Enter number of sales units for the release order.

Log error messages.

Address where the items are to be delivered.

Contact person who was selected for the campaign.
