Use this form to set criteria to produce statistics related to actions for the following categories:

  • Status

  • Action type

  • Person in charge

  • Action plan

  • Reference type

  • Reference

  • Plan

For example, you can keep the following kinds of statistics:

  • The number of times the different response types are used for an action type.

  • The number of actions that have been planned or ended for a particular employee.

Tip Tip

You can use the fields in the section to define conditions that the actions must meet. For example, you can choose to display actions assigned to a specific employee.

You can define a specific period for which you want to view statistics using the fields in the section.


Viewing results

The results are displayed in the columns on the tab. Each column represents a selection from the list. To control the order in which the columns appear, use the and buttons.

You can also view results in a graph on the tab.
