Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Description

Overview tab

View the status of your posted productions.

General tab

View general information about the selected production order. This includes the type of journal to which it was posted, registered amounts, costs, and quantities reported as finished or in error.

Description

View inventory transactions for the selected production. Select to see transactions in the physical voucher, the financial voucher or for dimensions.

View attached ledger transactions for the selected production. Select to see transactions in the physical voucher or the financial voucher.

View route transactions for the selected production.

Fields

Field

Description

Identification number of the production where the ledger comes from.

Shows the item numbers attached to the production.

Date the transaction was posted. The field is blank if the transaction has not been posted.

Name of the journal where the transaction is posted. There are four types of journals:

  • Material consumption

  • Route consumption

  • Reported as finished

  • Costing

Quantity that has been reported as finished or cost accounted.

Information about possible loss in the form of the quantity of items reported as bad or defective.

Monetary value of the consumed quantity.

Shows the transaction amount posted to the ledger accounts.

Displays the identification of the production where the ledger comes from.

Date the transaction was posted. The field is blank if the transaction was not posted.

Voucher number if the transaction was to the ledger account. The field is blank if the transaction is not yet posted to the ledger.

Displays information about which item number is attached to the production.

Lot number associated with the production.

Journal where the transaction is posted. There are four types of journals:

  • Material consumption

  • Route consumption

  • Reported as finished

  • Costing

Cost value of the consumed quantity.

Transaction amount posted to the ledger account.

An amount is shown here, for example, if the transaction has been adjusted through cost accounting of the cost value. If several adjustments have been made, the amount displayed will be the total of all adjusted values.

Shows the quantity that has been reported as finished or cost accounted.

Information about possible loss in the form of the quantity of items reported as bad or defective.
