Use this form to define which tables and fields in Microsoft Dynamics AX are mapped to synchronize with fields in Microsoft Office Outlook.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Field	Description
Microsoft Office Outlook mapping	Select the synchronization type that you want to map to Microsoft Office Outlook. There are three possible types of synchronization: Contacts, Appointmentsand Tasks.

Button	Description
Use default mapping	Use the mapping that is suggested. Using the mapping that is suggested inserts default table fields for the selected synchronization type ( Contacts, Appointments, or Tasks). You can edit the table fields at any time.

Field	Description
Microsoft Office Outlook contact field	Displays the Microsoft Office Outlook fields for the synchronization type.
Direction	Select whether to synchronize only to Microsoft Dynamics AX, or only to Microsoft Office Outlook, or to synchronize in both directions.
