Use this form to set up recommendation work streams that you can bundle and run simultaneously. You can do this for a selected period of time and use employee compensation data and compensation plans that are selected for the specified period.

A process event can be as simple as an anniversary-based merit increase for one employee, or as complex as an enterprise-wide, annual, combined compensation process that includes merit increases, equity adjustments, annual bonus payments, and long-term incentive awards.

Enter the date to apply to transactions generated by the process event. This date will become the new active date for fixed compensation plans and the award date for variable plans.

Enter the date to use when calculating variable awards for a specific point in time. The employee fixed compensation available at that point in time will be the basis for this calculation.

Enter the date from which to calculate the prorated fixed pay amount for employees hired during the cycle period. Employees hired before this date will receive full merit increase.

Enter the first date on which users can view the form.

Enter the last date on which users can view the form.

Enter the first date on which users can update information in the form.

Enter the last date on which users can update information in the form.

Enter the date on which the transactions generated by the process event are to be in effect, after the event is applied to the employee records.
