Use this form to create and combine queries in order to generate a list of contact persons for the active campaign.

You can base a campaign contact person target selection on a single query or on combined queries.

Tasks that use this form

Example

Query A consists of contact persons from business relation X, while query B consists of contact persons from business relation Y.

Drag query A to the drop area, click the plus sign (+), drag query B to the drop area, and then click .

All contact persons from business relation X and Y will now be displayed in the grid in the area.

Click the button to transfer all targets to the form.

Create and adjust the queries that filter the tables ( , , , , , , , , ) in this area.

You can specify filter fields and sort order when creating the query, and then define values in the filter fields to simplify selection from the tables.

Queries can be saved and reused by the same campaign or deleted after the contact persons are found and the target list created.

Combine the various query results using logical operators such as AND, OR, and the + and - functions in this area.

By combining you can create desired subsets of data based on simple queries, which reduces the need to create complex, inter-dependent queries.

Examine and adjust the final result of the campaign target selection process in this area, adding or deleting contact persons, or changing the contact person for a particular business relation.
