Enter an identification for the external pay group (or the same code entered in Payroll for Microsoft Dynamics AX, if used).

Enter a description for the external pay group (or the same code entered in Payroll for Microsoft Dynamics AX, if used).

Select a pay frequency for the selected pay group.

Note Note

This is the frequency that payroll runs for the pay group. It should not be confused with the pay frequency that is associated with an employee's fixed pay rate.

Select the currency code that is used as the standard currency in the external pay system (or the same code entered in Payroll for Microsoft Dynamics AX, if used).
