Use this form to view the status of a document submitted to the Workflow system for processing and approval.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tabs

Upper pane tab

Description

Overview

This tab displays the status of documents and indicates who submitted them.

Details

This tab lists the record ID of the selected document and indicates if the document has been escalated.

Lower pane tab

Description

This tab displays the current status of the selected document.

This tab lists the current work that must be completed. For example, a task may need to be completed, or the document may need to be approved.

This tab displays the workflow history for the selected document.

Buttons

Button

Description

Resumes the workflow process for the selected document.

This button is available when the workflow process for the selected document has been stopped.

Stops the Workflow system from processing the selected document.

Refreshes the data displayed in the form.

Opens a dialog box where you can reassign a work item to another user.

Description

Select a status to filter the documents listed in this form.

Status

The Workflow status of the document.

Instance Id

The tracking number of the workflow instance that is processing, or has processed the document.

Configuration Id

The identification code of the workflow that is processing, or has processed the document.

Workflow

The name of the workflow that is processing, or has processed the document.

Version

The version number of the workflow that is processing, or has processed the document.

Submitting user

The name of the user who submitted the document.

Date of submission

The day and time the user submitted the document.

Elapsed time

The amount of time that has passed since the document was submitted.

Record type

The type of document submitted for processing.

Record

The identification code of the document.

Escalated

Indicates if the document has been escalated.

Company accounts ID

The identification code of the company this document is associated with.

Last change

The day and time the document was last modified.

Current status

The status of the document.

User

The user the work item is assigned to.

Subject

A description of the work item.

Due Date Time

The day and time by which the work item must be completed.

Status

The status of the work item.
