Use this form to create and manage answer groups, which contain all possible answers to a question on a questionnaire. When answering a question on a questionnaire, the respondent chooses from the answers you create in the answer group.

Examples of answer groups are:

  • Very satisfied, Satisfied, Somewhat satisfied, Unsatisfied, Very unsatisfied.

  • Very important, Important, Not important.

When you display questions randomly, the sequence number of the group's question is irrelevant.
